Image is a digital called Kimono 2 by Carly for Dewdrop Craftz. Isn't she just adorable!
I've made a gatefold card (again!) The front panels are starburst stains in Cocoa bean copper and Saxifrage Olive Copper. The flower was originally white so I coloured it with copic pens in V12, V04 & V17 and painted it with Shimmerz pixie dust. I printed out a smaller Kimono 2 image and coloured it the same as inside using California Poppy Gold as a wash around the image.
The inside panels are the same as the front and I made the circle with Poinciana Flame Red, California Poppy Gold and Red Hot Poker Orange I think it looks a bit like Jupiter, thats the fun with starburst stains you never know how things will turn out, part of the surprise!
I stamped and embossed an oriental branch using moonglow midnight emerald which is a black embossing powder that has a hint of green.
The Kimono 2 image is coloured with copics using the following...Hair: E00, E21, E33, E29
Skin: E00, E21, E02
Gown & Headdress: V04, V12, V17
Bow: YG63, G99
Fan, shoes & bobbles: Y06, Y11, YR68, R29
On the fan and bobbles I also used a clear spica glitter pen which is absolutely fab for that touch of sparkle without changing the colour underneath. So glad I bought 2 at port sunny as I can see me going through these quickly!
I also coloured the gemstones with the V17 to match the dress and drew on some birds.

Hi Vix, I have to say this is devine, I love your gatefold with the image in a flower, but boy when you get inside that was the "pièce de résistance"
A lot of thought in this card, I love it....
Just like to say thank's also for thinking of me about the DT position with Donna, she has kindly given me a while to think about it as you know I am not so confident about my work....
