Dotty Anya

Have finally finished this fortnights crafty cardmakers challenge write up so had just a little bit of spare time to put a card together! Cutting it fine for passion for promarkers but I've done it in time whoop! Also entering for Anyone for Anya, Stamp something & secret crafter.

Passion for Promarkers - Any colours & Polka Dots

Anyone for Anya - Funky Flowers

Stamp Something - Favourite colours or papers

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Girlie

Image is Anya by the greeting farm coloured with promarkers. Did the skin in vanilla and pastel pink and the blonde hair is vanilla, pastel yellow and I picked up some cocoa on the end of the vanilla to add some shade for depth. Dress is rose pink which I've blended with cool grey 3 so that the pink was more like the background papers (which are MME wild asparagus)
Flower embellishments are petaloo with silver bead caps and some mulberry flowers as centres. Matting cards are starburst stains and moonshadow ink. I also edged around the image with adirondack shell pink using cut n dry foam.
Thanks for looking!

Crafty cardmakers challenge 3

This is my DT entry for Crafty Cardmakers challenge 3 - A sketch and I'm also entering into Stamp Something - Favourite stamp

This is my favourite stamp at present and a pleasure to colour.
I turned the sketch 90 degrees as I wanted to use this image which is a digital stamp by Mo Manning called "End of Summertime" I coloured it with promarkers using vanilla and pastel pink for the skin and vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and shale for the hair. The top is apple and emerald and the jeans are pastel blue and sky blue, I added a grey to areas I wanted a bit darker and blended in. Papers are MME and the blue is a freebie printable. The brown mounting card is moonglow moonshadow inked. Flowers are flora doodles (Cape gold, peach, green and blue box)
Flower centres are from Quixotic paperie. My brads were too big to go through so I just gave them a nip in the centre with the cropodile and all is well!

The leaves are cut out of strips of green paper which I coloured with starburst stains mainly because I couldnt find my leaf punch as Miss Molly has obvsiously taken a shine to it and has run away with it!

Stamp something - Paper pieced

The challenge this week at Stamp Something is paper piecing, I havent done paper piecing for weeks and weeks so had to give this a whirl! As the manga girl is quite bold I wanted to try a softer look. I've paper pieced the dress, boots and ribbons in her hair with a blue starry patterned paper. The socks and top are a pink marble paper. Edged the image in adirondack shell pink, paper is HOTP

Stamp Something and the pink elephant

Oooh I like this digital mularky lol! The resizing is very appealing!

The challenge this week over at Stamp Something is "Bugs, butterflies and other winged somethings"

Victoria Case stamps will send you a couple of images on asking (You can choose from Tara, Willy the worm and bunnyfly) so I chose Tara and Willy :)

Had a mooch for a sketch to follow and found one at The Pink Elephant

Also this week at Copic Buzz on papercraft planet the challenge is "Animal Antics" so I'm entering this one for all!

Image is Tara by Victoria Case Stamps coloured with copics. I edged with distress ink in cool peri just to take the glare of white down. I printed Willy the worm out at 50% and popped him on too! Papers are K&Co and sentiment was a freebie on the do crafts creativity magazine with some papermania sticky gems in the corner.

Thanks for looking! Feel free to leave a comment I need the love today lol!

2 in 1

I got my order a couple of days from the greetings farm which was the Miss Anya set and I couldnt resist Fairy Chloe who I used on this card.
I found a couple of new blogs to play on too so this card is for both the Stamp Something challenge (sketch) and Copic Buzz #6 hair
Seeing as I'm quite familiar with brown and blonde hair I thought I'd challenge myself a bit more and have gone for pink hair instead! The background bits are made with the cuttlebug and I used starburst stains so they're all shimmery :)
