For this I've used a Kenny K image called Lady Raven coloured with promarkers and mounted on black card which has been embossed with the cuttlebug divine swirls folder.  All DP's are by Bearly Mine Designs and are from the new love dreams set (rock text is a freebe over there too)

A humourous xmas

Good Morning!  Its silly o clock here and  have FLU!  I havent had a proper flu for years and I'm suffering, also flaring the fibro up so popping painkillers and cant sleep.  Thought I'd tell you as I dont get no sympathies from my OH *sniff*
Seeing as I cannae sleep I thought I'd blog this one which is a 2 in one.  I saw the old lady image on Meesh's facebook and she told me it was by Just Inklined and I thought it would go soooo well with one of the Kenny K images.  We were trying to think of funny quips about beer goggles but my OH didn't want to appear to insult his friends partner lol!

On the front is Maude Merry Christmas coloured with promarkers.  I've given her tortishell glasses and glazed them and some coral lipstick as when I was a kid old ladies all wore coral lippy :)

Onto the inside which is Christmas Hottie by Kenny K again coloured with promarkers using cool grey 4 for the shadows and distressing around the edge with red ink.  All papers are from Bearly Mine Designs Xmas Frolics

I was kinda hoping to watch a bit of the lunar eclipse which is just starting but typical british weather its cloudy and I cant even see the moon so off back to bed x

Alter Ego

I've been admiring these digis from Kenny K for a while and finally succumbed last week. I thought these two went well together like a night and day version or alter ego. At the front the all american sweetheart with what she really wishes to be behind her (thats my interpretaton anyhow lol!)

They are Vikki Lee Vicious and Rock Chick by Kenny K which I've used paint shop pro to merge (I've wrote a tutorial here how to do it n PSP) Images are coloured with promarkers and details have been added with my trusty quickie glue pen - silver foil on the buckles, earrings, guitar and I've used a clear sakura stardust pen on the rock chick only to gve her some sparkle which you can see clearer in the bottom two pics. Wording is a dymo and pink paper is from DCWV rockstar stack.
When was colouring this I constantly had a song I dont actually know in my head but it goes "She was an american girl" and its the bit in silence of the lambs which the senators daughter is singing in her car. (Google tells me its American Girl by Tom Petty!)
